  • Are there any cancellation fees?

    We understand that not everything goes according to plan, if you can let us know 24 hours in advance we promise that there are no cancellation fees.

  • Are there any surcharges?

    Bookings with pick up times that are between 23:00pm and 5:00am will be subject to an “unsociable hours” surcharge. We will also apply a surcharge to bookings carried out on Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years Eve and New Years Day.

  • Will I be charged waiting time if my flight is late?

    At Cambridge Chauffeurs, we're constantly monitoring the flights and only enter when the flight has landed, regardless of whether it's delayed or not. We offer the first hour of waiting time after landing free of charge, with subsequent waiting time charged at £40/hour for every hour thereafter.

  • What type of car will be sent to pick me up?

    Although we cannot guarantee that a specific make and model of vehicle will be available for the booking, we always offer a high end luxury vehicle (A8, 7 Series or S-Class equivalent) for the journey.

  • What areas do you cover?

    We have two bases of operation, one on the outskirts of Cambridge and the other in Ely. We aim to cover the entire Cambridgeshire area and our two locations allows us to do this effectively.

  • What is the cost of a chauffeur service?

    Cambridge Chauffeurs looks to price every job individually and the cost is generally calculated per mile, this allows us to tailor every price and job to your individual needs. The price per mile is indicated next to the car of choice in the booking area.
